What we collect
The only personal data we collect through this site is the email address you submit through the newsletter signup form, plus your consent status and signup timestamp. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics on this site.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
We use your email address to send you updates about the release of the album Pressure Drop and future Falling Drones releases. Our legal basis is your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent checkbox when you sign up. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Who processes your data
Newsletter signups are managed through MailerLite, our email service provider, which acts as our data processor. MailerLite may store your data on servers inside or outside the EU/EEA, under appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). How long we keep it
We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
